Townhouses at the Sanctuary

Kiawah Island, South Carolina

Designed to provide expansive rental options at Kiawah Island’s East Beach, six townhouses are paired in three three-story buildings organized so that the upper two levels of each provide views over the dune to the ocean. Simply detailed so as not to compete with the romantic scrub landscape, or to upstage the nearby Sanctuary resort, the shingle-clad buildings, with upper and lower porches and shingled roofs, are sited to ensure privacy for visitors and their guests.
