Corsair Greenwich
Located near the southern tip of a peninsula just east of Greenwich Harbor, this 14,000-square-foot apartment house, offering eight condominium residences, all with porches sized for entertaining and private underground parking, was conceived and detailed as a large house or inn in the New England Shingle-style tradition, expressed in fieldstone and cedar shakes. Landscaped terraces descend to meet a waterside promenade.
